On Sunday, November 19, 2023, the Coverity on Polaris SaaS production systems will be upgraded to Coverity on Polaris version 2023.9.1 during a scheduled maintenance window of 8am to 11am Eastern Time.
No downtime or interruptions to scans are expected.
What's new?
Support for the latest Coverity 2023.9.2 with the following updates:
- Fix for bug related to Objective C/C++ scans which impacted scan results
Important note:
- Customers should upgrade their Coverity tool version to Coverity 2023.9.2
- Coverity 2023.9.1 is deprecated and will be removed in the next release
Deprecations:
Support for the following is deprecated and will be removed in a future release:
- Coverity 2023.9.1
(below deprecations were noted in the prior release)
- Coverity 2022.12.0
- V0 and V1 Auth Service APIs (it is recommended to upgrade to V2)
- Kotlin 1.8.x
- Ruby quality checkers
Removal of support:
None – removal of any language or tool support will occur with the next major release
